We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Truck Part Sales Office Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and assisting with various administrative tasks related to the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with processing sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and manage inventory levels.
- Generate reports on sales activities, inventory levels, and customer feedback for management review.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and promote sales.
- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, shipping, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic experience with any data entry software nice to have.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Knowledge of truck parts or automotive industry experience is desirable but not required.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods.
- Proficiency in Polish and/or Ukrainian languages is considered a plus.
